Rules & Regulations
The Rules and Regulations have been redone and approved by the board. Copies of the revised Rules and Regulations have been mailed to all the homeowners. Please add these to your blue book for the condo owners. They are also reproduced below for your reference.
The annual home owners meeting was held on Sunday October 24TH, 2026 at
4:00 pm in the clubhouse. The elected officers for the new year were the same as last year. The board members and adjunct associates are listed on the bulletin boards with their phone #'s and e-mail addresses.
The dates for the board of directors 2026 meetings were tentatively set for January 9th,
April 24th, July 10th, September 11th & the annual homeowners meeting is scheduled for Sunday Oct. 18th.
All meetings are to be held in the club house starting at 4:00 pm.
The dates and times are posted on the bulletin boards but are subject to change.
Please check the bulletin boards for any changes for the dates and times.
MINUTES FROM THE BOARD MEETINGS can be obtained by the homeowners from the Board Secretary after they are approved by the board.
WE PLAN TO CONTINUE OUR USUAL PARTIES FOR THE NEW YEAR! THE CHRISTMAS PARTY FOR 2026 IS PENDING
