Rules & Regulations
The Rules and Regulations have been redone and approved by the board. Copies of the revised Rules and Regulations have been mailed to all the homeowners. Please add these to your blue book for the condo owners. They are also reproduced below for your reference.
The annual home owners meeting was held on Sunday October 22rd, 2023 at
4:00 pm in the clubhouse. The elected officers for the new year were the same as last year. The new 3 year term board members are Wayne Hill & Al Greeson.
The dates for the board of directors 2024 meetings were tentatively set for
April 26th, July 12th, September 6th & the annual homeowners meeting
is scheduled for Sunday Oct. 20th. The meeting in January was cancelled due to the elevator replacements
All meetings are to be held in the club house starting at 4:00 pm.
Please check the bulletin boards for changes for the dates and times.
MINUTES FROM THE BOARD MEETINGS can be obtained from the Board Secretary.
WE PLAN TO CONTINUE OUR USUAL PARTIES FOR THE NEW YEAR! THE CHRISTMAS PARTY FOR 2023 HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

THE CLUB HOUSE HAS BEEN RENOVATED. BELOW ARE SOME IMAGES OF THE REMODELING.
NOTICE
UPDATED ELECTRICAL WORK HAS BEEN DONE ON THE ELEVATORS IN BUILDING #2 & BUILDING #1. THIS WAS PREPARATION FOR THE COMPLETE OVERHALL OF THE ELEVATORS TO BE DONE IN JAN & FEB OF 2024 & HOPEFULLY WILL SHORTEN THE INSTALLATION TIME.
